I'm very happy to announce that Fire & Ice: The Elementals is now available for purchase on the Barnes & Noble website! As a writer and book enthusiast, this has been one of my lifelong goals. As you can probably imagine, I'm very excited.

I get kind of awkward when my friends find out that I have published my first book. Only a few of them even knew about this novel before it had been released. I think that it surprises people. However, I cannot tell you how grateful I am for all of the support that people have been giving me. If you order my book on Amazon or the Barnes & Noble website, I would be forever grateful if you would leave a kind review. 
Several author events are currently in the works; however, they will not be posted on the event page until they have been finalized. If you would like to suggest a location for an author event in the New England area, feel free to contact me.

I have been in the process of organizing several author events in the New York area. I will soon be posting the schedule. I really hope to see everyone there! On another note, a few friends and I went on an adventure in the forest yesterday. I managed to get some really fantastic photos that I will be using in the book trailer. However, the voice recordings and videos still need to be filmed. I'm expecting the trailer to be released in early November.

I finally received my first copy of Fire & Ice: The Elementals in the mail this afternoon. My family spent must have spent nearly an hour jumping around with excitement. The entire novel looks even more beautiful in person. I highly encourage each of you to buy a copy of the book either on Amazon or the link that is posted on the book page. It really is a fantastic novel, and I cannot wait to share it with each of you. 
This weekend, a few of my friends will be coming over to help me film a book trailer. This will be posted on the website and on YouTube. In addition, I have been considering the possibility of starting some vlogs or other videos, which would also be posted on YouTube. If you have any questions that you would like to be answered in a Q&A video, feel free to post them in the comments below. 
In addition, I have begun to plan a small book tour. More information will be provided soon. I finished my final proofread of Fire & Ice: The Elementals this morning. The experience already feels a bit surreal.  I've been trying hard to promote my novel before it's released; however, one person can only do so much when there is such little amount of time. Just the other day, a lovely fan sent me an edit that she made for my book series. I was so pleasantly surprised! I don't think I was fully aware that I even had much of a fan base; however, as I'm nearing the date my publication of my first novel, people are beginning to reach out. 
Yes, I did say that we are reaching my publication date. Now that my final proofread is finished, the book is likely to be published within the week. Keep posted on my blog and subscribe to my newsletter on the homepage for more details. You will receive an announcement of the release date within the week!

Over the past few days, I have been on a proofreading streak. Balancing schoolwork and writing my novel has been a little crazy, but I have somehow managed to keep everything in order. However, today was simply not a writing day. After going on a lovely hike in the forest, I spent most of the morning with my nose in a book for one of my college courses. Once my schoolwork was finished, the writing seemed like a foreign concept. The words simply would not flow. Therefore, my afternoon was devoted to marketing and updating this lovely website.
